Careers

Come build with us. Soon.

We're not hiring just yet, but we're growing fast, and we'd love to hear from exceptional people before the roles are even posted.

How we work

A small team that cares about the details.

Small, senior team

No layers, no busywork. Everyone here owns real surface area and ships it end to end. If you like being one of the people who decides how things get built, you'll fit.

Ship fast, high craft

We move quickly, but we don't ship anything we wouldn't defend. Speed and polish aren't a trade-off here; the whole product is about getting the details right.

Obsessed with detail

Audaitly exists to catch the small things. That instinct runs through how we build too: the punctuation, the edge case, the thing nobody else noticed.
Roles we expect to open

Where the team grows first.

None of these are open yet. They're where we expect to hire as the founding cohort grows, so if one of them sounds like you, introduce yourself early.

Product engineer

Not open yet

Full-stack across the web app, API, and audit pipeline. You'd own features end to end, from database schema to the pixel that ships.

AI / audit quality engineer

Not open yet

The person who makes findings sharper: better evaluation, better evidence, fewer false positives, more of the judgment a senior auditor carries.

Design engineer

Not open yet

Craft the report and the product surface. You sweat type, spacing, and motion, and then you ship it yourself instead of handing it off.

Agency growth

Not open yet

Help agencies get real value out of their audits, and turn what they tell you into what we build next.

See yourself here before we do? Don’t wait for the posting. Write to hello@audaitly.ai and tell us which of these you’d want to be.

Working at Solution Bowl / Audaitly

What we hold ourselves to.

The same standards the product enforces on websites, we enforce on ourselves.

  • Craft over volume. We would rather ship one thing we can defend than three we can't.
  • Default to ownership. You run your surface area, decisions included.
  • Details are the job. The product exists to catch small things, so we have to catch our own.
  • Honest by default. With clients, with users, and with each other.
  • Small team, real leverage. Everyone's work is visible in the product within days, not quarters.
Open roles

No open roles right now.

We’re keeping the team small while we sharpen the product. That won’t last forever. If you’re the kind of person who’d be a shame to miss, introduce yourself and tell us what you’d want to build. We read every note.
